Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All Orders placed are shipped F.O.B. shipping point: Richmond, Virginia.

Express orders must be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time in order to be processed that day. Please allow 1-2 WORKING days for processing of your order in addition to shipping days. Depending on the method of shipment chosen and the time your order was placed, you should expect to receive your order within 1-14 working days. If you absolutely have to have an item the next day, please email first to confirm availability. We thank you for your patience. Express Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Eastern Standard time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. Heroes Apparel does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must use First Class Mail via U.S. Mail. When shipping to an APO, FPO or P.O. Box, the address you must use First Class Mail via U.S. Mail. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

PRICING

Prices and styles are subject to change without notice. Constantly changing market conditions may require in-season price adjustments without notice.

OUR GUARANTEE

All clothing is guaranteed for materials and workmanship upon original sale of garment. Should a defect be discovered, the garment may be returned for credit or replacement. We have made every effort to control shading variations, but exact color matches cannot be guaranteed from dye lot to dye lot or from knit to woven fabrics. All garments must be inspected before decorating. There will be no returns on decorated garments.

RETURNS

Returns cannot be accepted without an RA (return authorization) number issued by Customer Service. Merchandise without the appropriate RA number will be refused. When sending a return to Heroes Apparel please make sure the RA number is clearly marked on all cartons being shipped back to us. You can ship your return to the following address: Heroes Apparel, 1614 Ownby Lane, Richmond, Virginia 23220 ATTN: Returns Dept.

Closeout merchandise and decorated items are not returnable. Claims for lost cartons or for merchandise damaged in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt. Health Department regulations stipulate that all merchandise returned for repair or credit must be cleaned or washed if it has been worn. All garments must be inspected before decorating. There will be no returns on decorated items.

RESTOCKING

Merchandise returned to us because of refused shipments or customer error will be subject to a 10% restocking charge, in addition to freight charges and C.O.D. charges with a $5.00 minimum.
